Three Winslow competitors reached the semi-final round of the tournament. Nathaniel Renney was one single speaker point away from the final round in poetry. Other semi-finalists were Lexi Sievers in drama and Brittany Fischer in expository speaking. Students competing in the preliminary rounds were Cheyenne Armijo, Kenzie Blackgoat, Clinton Contreras, Seth Jennings, Daniel Lane, Michael Lane, David Messer, Aura Renney, Jude Tombo and Shawn White. Sarah Smithson and Marianne Richardson coach the team. The volunteer judges were RC Brown, Zack Young, Ashley McLaws, Laurel Lane and Chris Card.
